Saksham is our education initiative focused on enabling learning and development opportunities, Srijan works towards sustainable livelihood creation and economic empowerment, and Samriddh focuses on promoting health, wellbeing, and healthier communities.

Navin Kumar Yadava hails from Ballia, Uttar Pradesh, and brings a strong commitment towards community development and grassroots change. With experience in the social development sector and a deep understanding of local realities, he founded Road 2 Rise Foundation with the vision of creating equitable opportunities in education, health, and sustainable livelihoods. His work is driven by the belief that empowered communities are the foundation of long-term social progress.
